VA loans have lowest foreclosures and delinquency rates

VA home loans have the lowest foreclosure and delinquency rates out of all mortgage programs.  In a recent survey the foreclsoure and delinquency rate of VA loans ove rthe last 11 quarters has been the lowest of all other loan types.

Additionally, VA loans have been taken out in records numbers with originations in their highest levels in 8 years.  VA loans assist veterans and active duty service members and surviving spouses with loans that include a no-downpayment option.
